Mercury Marine®, a division of Brunswick Corporation (NYSE: BC), today introduced Joystick Piloting for Single-Engine Outboards with Thruster, the latest addition to its portfolio of joystick vessel controls. The system was revealed today at the Discover Boating™ Miami International Boat Show in Miami Beach, Florida.

Garmin the world’s largest (1) and most innovative marine electronics manufacturer, has launched the quatix® 8 – the ultimate nautical smartwatch purpose-built for life on and off the water. With a new built-in speaker and microphone, it’s easier to control the helm (2) or answer a phone call (3) while staying focused on the water. Available in two sizes – 47mm and 51mm – both models feature a 1.4-inch AMOLED display, scratch-resistant sapphire lens and tough titanium bezel, while new leakproof buttons and a sensor guard protect the watch from the elements.
